1. Scope of Services

• Amity Rotation will provide roof ventilation installation services as agreed upon with the client.

• Services will be performed in a professional manner.

2. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide clear and safe access to the roof area for the duration of the service.

• Any obstacles or hazards in the vicinity of the roof area must be removed prior to service commencement.

​

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5%.

4. Liability

• Amity Rotation will not be liable for any damages to the property that are not a result of our negligence or willful misconduct.

• The client is responsible for ensuring that their property meets all relevant safety and regulatory standards.

​

5. Warranty

• Amity Rotation warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.

• Amity Rotation provides a 2-year warranty on all roof ventilation services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship.

• Any defects covered by the warranty will be rectified by Amity Rotation at no additional cost to the client within the warranty period.

6. Cancellation Policy

• The client may cancel or reschedule services with at least 1 days notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made with less than 1 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• If stock has been ordered specifically for the client's project and the client cancels, they will incur a fee to cover the cost of the ordered stock.

7. Confidentiality

• Amity Rotation agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information obtained during the course of providing services.

8. Amendments

• Amity Rotation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• Any amendments will be communicated to the client in writing.

 

9. Indemnification

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amity Rotation, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the services provided, except to the extent caused by Amity Rotation's negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Subcontractors

• Amity Rotation reserves the right to engage subcontractors to assist in the provision of services. However, Amity Rotation will remain fully responsible for the performance of the subcontractors.

11. Access to Property

• The client agrees to grant Amity Rotation access to the property during reasonable hours for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. The client will ensure that any necessary permissions or authorizations from relevant authorities are obtained.

12. Changes to Scope of Work

• Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for changes requested by the client that result in an increase in the scope of work.

13. Force Majeure

• Amity Rotation will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.

14. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through arbitration.

15. Entire Agreement

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Amity Rotation and the client and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

 

By engaging Amity Rotation for roof ventilation services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
