No, we are just a small local service that supplies and installs Bradford Whirlybirds.
We beleive these whirlybirds are the industry standard for quality with fantastic product warranties.
Unfortunately, not at this point in time. We are a small business wanting to serve our local community prior to moving out of the area.
This depends on the type of roof you have. If you have a tiled roof, installation of 1 whirlybird can take up to 15mins to install. If you have a metal roof, this can take around 20mins to install.
No, unfortunately we are only insured for up to 2 storey homes.
Unfortunately no, we are dedicated to installing only on residential homes. Industrial roofs also require the installation of Dry Pans which is a service we do not provide.
We only serivce roofs lower then 22 degrees in pitch. This is a requirement for us to be able to install these whirlybirds safetly without the use of harnesses.
No, we are a very niche business that only supplies and installs roof ventilation systems to local South East Queensland homes.
Once we have received confirmation of your order (and order colours if applicable), it generally takes 2-3 days for stock to arrive, and we can usually install the next afternoon after stock arriving. Some specialty products like our SolarXvents and Airomatics need to be ordered in and this could take a little longer.
We will communicate this with you throughout the process.
Workmanship warranty is for 2 years after the date of your installation. A receipt of payment must be shown in order to claim the workmanship warranty.
Bradford supplies the best product warranties in the industry with 15 years warranty on windmaster products and 2 years warranty for Airomatic's and Solar Xvent's.
There are a couple of ways you can choose to pay:
1 - Tap and pay on site with a credit or debit card when we complete your installation,
2- We can send a tax invoice for a direct bank transfer or
3- Pay cash on the day.
The choice is up to you.
The general rule of thumb is a 1-2 bedroom home approximately 2 whirlybirds, 3-4 bedroom home approximately 3-4 whirlybirds and a 4-5 bedroom home is approximately 4 whirlybirds.
Unfortunately no, this falls under a carpenters trade.
